BEX和BTA资本项目监督委员会
卓越建筑和建筑, Technology and Academics (BTA) Capital Programs 监督委员会 is a citizen oversight committee required by the Seattle School Board.
委员会的职责
The BEX/BTA Capital Program 监督委员会 oversees the planning and implementation of the capital levies and makes recommendations concerning progress of the BEX and BTA capital programs.
委员会监督计划, 优先级, and implementation of current and future BEX and BTA programs and makes recommendations as to the identity, scope, and priority of projects to be included in future BEX and BTA capital levies.
The committee receives periodic briefings by district capital projects staff and is asked to monitor and comment upon the implementation of all approved projects and make recommendations for compliance with goals, priorities, scope, budget, schedule, revenue, 还有其他重要因素. Unless otherwise noted, committee meetings are held on the second Friday of the month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Meetings are in-person at the 约翰·斯坦福卓越教育中心, except for those held remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
